Promotion Overview
1.1 The Chicken Caesar Summer Limited Time Offer ("Promotion") is available from 8:00am, Thursday, 13th February 2025, and will run while stocks last.
1.2 The Promotion entitles customers to receive one (1) free 330ml can from the Pepsi range (Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew or 7UP Zero) with the purchase of any Chicken Caesar Pita or Salad (Small or Regular size).
1.3 The Promotion is available at all Pita Pit locations across New Zealand.
Offer Details & Limitations
2.1 The free 330ml Pepsi range can is redeemable with each qualifying Chicken Caesar Pita or Salad purchase. There is no limit on the number of redemptions per customer per transaction.
2.2 The Promotion is subject to availability of stock. Pita Pit reserves the right to substitute the free beverage with an alternative of equal or greater value if the selected 330ml can is unavailable.
2.3 No substitutions, modifications, or cash alternatives are available for the free beverage.
2.4 The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, loyalty rewards, or promotions unless otherwise specified by Pita Pit.
Pita Pit's Rights & Discretion
3.1 Pita Pit reserves the right to:
- Modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Determine the availability of stock at each participating location.
- Decline any redemption if fraudulent activity, misuse, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
3.2 Pita Pit and its participating franchisees are not responsible for any misinterpretation or misunderstanding of the Promotion by customers.
Liability & General Terms
4.1 Pita Pit shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by modification, cancellation, or unavailability of the Promotion.
4.2 By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions by Pita Pit regarding the Promotion are final.
4.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
