The following terms and conditions apply to the Free Cashpoints Cookie Offer.

Promotional Period: This offer is valid from 20 April 2026 to 31 May 2026, inclusive.
Participating Stores: This offer is available at participating Auckland Pita Pit locations only, being: Pita Pit Whanganui, 183a Victoria Avenue, Whanganui 4500 AND Pita Pit Botany Hub, Unit P/451 Ti Rakau Drive, Botany Hub, Auckland 2013 AND Pita Pit Takapuna, 26 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland 0622.
Offer Eligibility: This offer is available to customers who complete a first-time registration to Cashpoints, Pita Pit’s loyalty programme, during the promotional period.
Qualifying Purchase: To redeem this offer, a customer must purchase a main meal item in the same transaction. For the purposes of this promotion, a main meal item means any one of the following:
- a small or regular Pita
- a small or regular Salad
- a BOWL’D Hot rice bowl
- an EGG’D Brioche
Redemption Requirements: To redeem the offer, the customer must have a valid registered Cashpoints account and must scan their physical Cashpoints card or digital Cashpoints card via the Cashpoints app at the time of purchase. Eligibility for the offer will be determined at the time the Cashpoints card is scanned.
Offer Entitlement: An eligible customer is entitled to receive one (1) free cookie, once only.
Product Availability and Substitutions: The free cookie may be any flavour available at the participating store on the day of redemption. If cookies are unavailable at the time of redemption, a brownie or pita chips may be offered as a substitute, but only where cookies are out of stock.
Redemption Limit: Strictly one (1) free item per registered user. This offer is valid for first-time Cashpoints registrations only.
In-Store Redemption Only: This offer is redeemable in store only and is not valid for online orders, app orders, or delivery orders.
Non-Transferable / Non-Exchangeable: This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.
General: Pita Pit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

Flavour $aver Terms & Conditions

The Flavour $aver promotional offer is available at participating Pita Pit locations. The advertised $10 price applies to orders placed in-store, via the Pita Pit app, or through the Pita Pit website for pick-up. Pricing for Flavour $aver items ordered via third-party delivery services (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash, DeliverEasy) may vary and is not promoted at the $10 price point. Flavour $aver products may appear with alternative pricing or naming conventions on third-party platforms.

Birthday Gift Offer

Eligibility & How to Claim

To qualify, you must be signed up to the Pita Pit App and hold a verified account.
You must have been a registered user for a minimum of 28 days before your birthday to be eligible for a birthday reward.
Registered users will receive a Buy One, Get One Free reward on their birthday month to be used across any main meal from Pita Pit, BOWL’D or EGG’D.
The free main meal must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased main meal.
You must order and redeem the offer in the Pita Pit App.
Delivery fees may apply if you choose delivery.
One coupon or voucher per person. Offer valid for single, one-time use only.
The offer is only valid within the month of your birthday i.e. 1st of October to 31st of October. You’ll receive an email on the 1st day of your birthday month with your reward details, and the voucher will be shown in the Rewards section within your app.
If you reach your 28-day registration period late in your birthday month, your reward will be issued once you qualify, but it can only be found and redeemed in-app and will still expire at the end of that month.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. No substitutions, cash alternatives or partial redemptions permitted.
This offer cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Eligibility is limited to one account per individual, and proof of date of birth may be required if requested.
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
PPO (NZ) Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
PPO (NZ) Limited reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption in cases of misuse or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled under New Zealand jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Pita Pit Specific Terms

Cashpoints can only be earned and redeemed through eligible purchases made directly via Pita Pit ordering channels (in-store at the point of sale/cashier, online, or through the Pita Pit App).
Cashpoints cannot be earned or redeemed in conjunction with any other deal, discount, or offer in store.
Cashpoints have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Cashpoints cannot be earned or redeemed when ordering through third-party delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or DeliverEasy.
PPO (NZ) Limited is not responsible for loss of Cashpoints due to system error or user negligence.
If the programme ends, any unused Cashpoints may be forfeited without compensation.
PPO (NZ) Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this programme or its associated rewards at any time without notice.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Gluten Free Disclaimer

Pita Pit offers a gluten free wrap option which has been certified as gluten free by the Coeliac Society. We cannot guarantee that the other ingredients that you select for your Pita Pit will also be gluten free. There is also a risk of cross contamination with a product containing gluten as our kitchens also process products containing gluten.
