We cannot guarantee that the other ingredients that you select for your Pita Pit will also be gluten free. Terminology

1.1 In using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to PPO (NZ) Limited. We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website.

Pita Pit Fan Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the PITA PIT FAN Card program.

(a) Your use of the PITA PIT FAN Card confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions as may be varied from time to time.

(b) You must comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

Fan Card means:	The Pita Pit Fan Card is Pita Pit’s electronic Pita Pit loyalty program.
Points means:	Points credited by Pita Pit to your Pita Pit Fan Card for eligible products purchased.
Points Schedule means:	Information relating to earning and redeeming Pita Pit Fan Card points. Click to view the Points Schedule

2. Participation

(a) To participate in the Pita Pit FAN Card program you must obtain a Pita Pit FAN Card from a participating Pita Pit store. Only individuals may participate in the Pita Pit FAN Card program. You may not transfer your Pita Pit FAN Card to another individual.

(b) You must register and activate your Pita Pit FAN Card online at the website prior to being able to redeem points.

(c) Your Pita Pit FAN Card and use of it is free of charge except where a replacement is issued to you at your request. The cost of that replacement will be 50 points from your account balance.

3. Personal Information about You

(a) Personal information about you may be collected and held on behalf of Pita Pit in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Any information collected and held may be used from time to time to administer the Pita Pit FAN Card program, provide you with services, for marketing and promotional purposes and for other reasons set out in the Privacy Policy. Under the Privacy Act 1993, you have rights of access to, and correction of, any personal information held by us.

(b) If you have provided us with an email address or a text number, you agree that we may send you emails or text messages for any of the purposes set out in clause 4(a) above or the Privacy Policy.

4. Lost Card

If the Pita Pit FAN Card is lost or stolen you must immediately deactivate your use of the card by notifying us so that we can do so on your behalf. To replace the lost or stolen Pita Pit FAN Card you need to:

(a) Obtain a new Pita Pit FAN Card from one of our participating stores at a cost of 50 points.

(b) Register your replacement Pita Pit FAN CARD details online via your Pita Pit FAN CARD account.

(c) We are not responsible for any loss to you arising in relation to a lost or stolen Pita Pit FAN Card and accordingly we cannot guarantee that all Points earned prior to the date of loss or theft of the Card will be available for use on your replacement Pita Pit Card.

5. FAN Card Points

(a) To earn Points you must notify the participating store before the transaction is concluded that the transaction is a Pita Pit FAN Card transaction. This must be done by presenting your Pita Pit FAN Card at the time of purchase. Points may not be earned or redeemed when processed via the online ordering system.

(b) Points earned by you will be added to your account after a transaction has been completed.

(c) Points may only be earned on products outlined in the Points Schedule. Points may not be earned on redemption transactions.

6. Redeeming Points

(a) Once you have registered and activated your Pita Pit FAN Card online at the website and achieved a minimum Points balance of 90 you will be eligible to redeem those Points by presenting your Pita Pit FAN Card at a participating Pita Pit store.

(b) When redemption takes place it will take place in respect of all the Points held to the credit of a Card. There is no ability to partially redeem Points.

(d) You may redeem one product per transaction only.

(e) You must always have a minimum of 90 points on your Pita Pit FAN CARD in order to redeem points.

7. Point Balances

(a) The balance of Points held to the credit of your Pita Pit FAN Card can be checked at any time in a participating Pita Pit store or on the Website.

8. Expiry of Points

(a) Points expire at 12 months after the date on which the Points were earned.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

(a) A delay in supplying a replacement Pita Pit FAN Card;

(b) Unauthorised use of your Pita Pit FAN Card;

(d) Failure to notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions;

(e) Any error, misstatement or omission in the information and content contained on the Website;

(f) Claim arising from or relating to termination of the Pita Pit FAN Card program.

10. Termination

(a) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Pita Pit FAN Card program at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice.

(b) In addition to our right to terminate or suspend the Pita Pit FAN Card program at any time, we may terminate your Pita Pit FAN Card account at any time without prior notice should:

(i) You fail to comply with these terms and conditions; or

(ii) Your Pita Pit FAN Card is not used for a period of 6 months;

(c) Upon termination of your Pita Pit FAN Card you will not be able to redeem any Points which might otherwise have been available to you.

11. Previous Loyalty Card

(a) The Pita Pit Fan Card replaces the previous Pita Pit Loyalty Card scheme. Fully stamped Loyalty Cards will only be redeemed until 30 November 2013. Any fully or partially stamped Loyalty Cards are invalid after 30 November 2013 and cannot be transferred to the Pita Pit Fan Card.
